CAN YOU GIVE ME SOME DETAILS ON SHIPPING?

Pins are shipped in bubble mailers for extra protection via USPS First Class. Once an order is placed, it usually takes 1-3 days before they go out in the mail. I go to the post office twice a week and make sure that all packages are scanned by the postal employees in person. All orders also come with free tracking.

For orders placed in the US, delivery time is typically 2-4. For international orders, shipping can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on your location. Please be aware that your country may have customs fees that you may be responsible for.

 

WHAT KIND OF PINS DO YOU MAKE?

Pins range from pop culture to hobbies to social activism. I'm a big believer in celebrating the things you love as well as the things you believe in. Some pins are made purely for fun while others are meant to represent a message or idea.

Your purchases have also helped to make donations towards Pug Nation Rescue of Los Angeles and Planned Parenthood.

 

DO YOU DESIGN ALL OF THE PINS?

Yes! While a number of the pins are inspired by pop culture, I design each and every one, from early concepts to line art to coloring. Some pins start off as sketches while others are drawn digitally, but all end up being completed in Photoshop.

 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW PINS?

Pins are released on a regular basis, with about 5 new pins added every month! Subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest information on when pins will be up for preorder and be sure to check out our Instagram page at @pugnacious.pins

 

ARE YOUR PINS LIMITED EDITION?

Yes and no! Some of our pins are limited edition or have limited edition variants, but many are not. Some pins have pre-announced limited availability, but some will also close out without notice.
